TERMS OF USE
- Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1300 hours IST and check-out time is 1100 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information on individual and group cancellations.
- All standard hotel/hospitality industry policies apply when not specifically mentioned in the Reservation Confirmation.
PAYMENT TERMS POLICY
- Pre-authorisation taken on credit card for total stay on arrival.
- Early check-in/late check-out are chargeable as per Hotel policy.
- Valid photo ID mandatory at check-in: Aadhaar Card, Driver's License, Voter ID, or Passport. PAN cards not accepted.
- Hotel reserves right to refuse check-in without valid ID.
- Payment accepted via credit card, payment gateway, bank deposit, or demand draft before due date.
- Taxes applicable at time of reservation.
- Extension of stay offered at rates applicable at time of extension request.
- Privileged/special offer rates are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change.
- Refunds processed to original payment method, may take 10-15 business days.
- Children up to 5 years stay free (cribs subject to availability). Ages 5-12 may incur additional charges. 13+ charged as extra adult.
- Foreign Nationals must present passport and valid visa.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No gatherings/parties of any nature allowed in rooms.
- Reservation is not transferable.
- No-show fee: one night's room charge applies.
- Hotel reserves right to remove guests for conduct, safety, security or medical reasons.
- Guests must not compromise hotel health, safety or security.
- Original proof of identity required at arrival.
- Special offer terms prevail in case of conflict.
- Outside food and beverage not permitted.
- Hotel not liable for food taken outside after consumption.
- Actual bill terms prevail in case of billing conflict.
- Guests responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Guests liable for damage to hotel assets.
- Hotel not responsible for advising guests of allergens in advance.
- Valuables can be stored in safety deposit box; charges may apply.
- Hotel may refuse storage of exceptionally valuable items without prior notice.
- Hotel not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced personal possessions.
- Lost property held for 3 months, then disposed/donated.
- Hotel not responsible for vehicle damage/disappearance in parking area.
- Valet parking is at guest's own risk.
- Hotel may change these terms at any time without prior notice; updates posted on this page.
- Hotel not liable for losses due to events beyond its control (flight delays, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
- Airport transport is an ancillary service; hotel not accountable for incidents during transit.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Reservation acceptance binds guest to Hotel's Standard Terms and Conditions.
- These terms constitute the binding agreement between guest and Hotel Rio Benaras for all commercial arrangements.
- Hotel may cancel reservation if information provided is falsified or incomplete.
- Guest permits hotel to verify guest details from public domain for hospitality purposes.
- Hotel may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Guest indemnifies hotel against liability arising from reservation and stay.
- Hotel not liable for losses from hotel-initiated cancellations.
- Hotel not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Waiving a right on one occasion does not waive it on future occasions.
